Been meaning to start these back up again as we at Mimic's double down on our commitment to becoming Pittsburgh's #1 Tabletop Roleplaying Games spot.

Starting at 5pm Saturday, the RPG Social is a casual hangout for folks to meet, talk and plan RPGs. Folks curious about trying out the pen-and-paper RPG hobby are welcome to come learn about the games and meet others and form groups. Game Masters can come talk shop about the craft of performing as a GM or homebrewing, or even just talk about the secret plots and plans you can't tell your players about. And everyone in between can hang out, read up on some RPGs, and maybe plan your next big campaign!

Also check out our rentable library of RPG books we're starting up! There are some books here that just aren't in stock at Mimic's or elsewhere.

This week's feature will be Free League's Dragonbane. Jay ran Dragonbane's quickstart adventure booklet The Sinking Tower for Free RPG Day and we had a great time! So we wanted to share some of what Dragonbane has to offer, talk about systems, dig into the materials of the Dragonbane core set, maybe demo some encounters. Of course folks are welcome to bring and talk about any other RPG, but the feature is our fallback game, you know? Gotta have something planed.
