Monster of the Week (in Pittsburgh!) – Morsels RPG

Pittsburgh is a city known for many things: bridges, steel, sports, and putting fries on everything. It’s also known among certain people as a hotbed for supernatural activity. Not all bridges lead across rivers and chasms, and the city is a confluence of not just rivers, but dimensions as well.

You and your fellow players are members of the Greater Allegheny Supernatural Patrol – or GASP for short. You are a loosely-knight group of part-time paranormal investigators, and every so often you get a case that’s truly worthy of your talents.

This time around, amidst a string of car thefts, a couple of local gear heads swear that they stopped someone with horns and a tail from jacking their prized ride. And they want your group to investigate the matter. Welcome to the Fast and the Infurious.

Monster of the Week is a Powered by the Apocalypse game inspired by urban fantasy works such as Supernatural, Buffy, and the Dresden Files. Players need only 2d6 and an idea for an Investigator who fits into well-known tropes of the genre. Dice, pencils, and character sheets will be provided. If you’ve already created an GASP member in a past game, feel free to portray them again if you’d like : )
